ITC clearance
What does "ITC listed" mean?
It means a credit bureau has recorded a negative item against your name — a missed payment, default, judgment or debt review. It can affect loan, job and rental applications until it's cleared or expires.
How long does clearance actually take?
Most cases are resolved within 48 hours of us receiving your ID and consent. Disputed or contested listings with a bureau can take longer — we'll tell you upfront if yours is one of those.
Can every listing be cleared?
No — and we won't tell you it can if it can't. Valid, unpaid debts stay on file until settled or until they legally expire. What we clear is anything incorrect, outdated, unlawful or already paid up.
What do you need from me to start?
Your full name, ID number, and a copy of your ID. That's enough for us to pull your file and tell you exactly what's on it, at no cost.
